I watched the whole video clip !!!30 minutes a day everyday is possible only if I have control over every aspect of my life !!!I am currently blocking off Sunday morning, plus Tuesday and Wednesday evenings for running (unless there is a snow storm). I will squeeze in Zumba, skiing and skating only if I can afford the time :)
that is still very good haricot. i try walking rather than jumping on a cap these days... hope it helps!
