30 minutes a day everyday is possible only if I have control over every aspect of my life !!!

I am currently blocking off Sunday morning, plus Tuesday and Wednesday evenings for running (unless there is a snow storm).

I will squeeze in Zumba, skiing and skating only if I can afford the time :)
